He serves as Executive Advisor to ITC Tax, focused on property tax savings and tax strategy, and to Hylant Insurance, advising on corporate insurance, risk mitigation, and employee benefits. Colin turns regulatory, cultural, and operational complexity into practical opportunity — helping organizations expand confidently into new markets, with a primary focus on Asia.
Colin represents Asia Global Links at major economic development forums, including SelectUSA, engaging with state agencies, investors, and global business leaders on foreign direct investment. His work centers on four priorities: FDI advisory for Asian companies entering Texas and the broader U.S. market; corporate insurance and risk mitigation; international tax strategy; and new business development across automotive, semiconductors & AI, data centers, energy, chemicals, and consumer industries.
Active pipeline work includes K-beauty investment and acquisition opportunities in Europe, and semiconductor material development projects. Based in Dallas, Texas and fluent in Korean, English, French, and Mandarin Chinese, Colin brings a steady, relationship-first approach — prioritizing trust and long-term value over short-term transactions.
